The Perfect Work Out For Everyone!
Following the same principle of High, Intensity, Interval, Training, we begin with a slow yoga warm up and then introduce different ways of training your core,
cardio and flexibility all at the same time with specifically designed exercises.
Short bursts of intensity and then time to recover. All finished off with a sweaty Hiit minute before a relaxing, yoga cool down.
